God Reveals things to us in all places even in the shower.
I was in the shower when this came to mind, and I grabbed my notebook and started writing it down as soon as I got out of the shower.
We are all like puppets with clipped strings, there is a direction in which we should move and we find its easier to make the next move on our own understanding, rather than to look up and see where we are to move. Even when we are tried, beat up, or discourage, we must again look up and realize we are just a puppet crafted to bring joy and entertainment to the one that created us. If we just look to see what the puppet master is doing and join him. Oh how our hearts will rejoice. And Oh! how the puppet master would reap all the glory.
After writing this down, and thinking about it intently. I remembered a verse I memorized long ago.
Romans 12:1-5
Therefore, I urge you brothers in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God–this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any long to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is– his good, pleasing and perfect will. For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
